We want everyone to be able to use this site and reach us, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA: readable contrast, text alternatives for images, labelled forms and full keyboard use.

At the office

The office is on the ground floor with no steps. We can meet at your home or a care home, and arrange an interpreter or large-print documents on request.
